Professor Kalina Manova Awarded the 2023 Yrjö Jahnsson Award

Former student Kalina Manova (Harvard '07), professor of Economics at University College London, was the recipient of the 2023 Yrjö Jahnsson Award.  She was awarded for her "important contributions to international economics, especially on the impact of financial market imperfections on international trade flows."

Professor Lawrence H. Summers Awarded the 2023 SIEPR Prize

Professor Lawrence H. Summers, Charles W. Eliot University Professor, has been awarded the 2023 SIEPR Prize.  He will receive the award at the SIEPR Economic Summit at Stanford on Friday, March 3rd.

The  Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research gives the award every year "to a scholar or policymaker who has deeply influenced economic policy."
