Maggie is the department's primary liaison for staff on policies and procedures for all human resource matters, general administration activities and outreach.  She continously evaluates systems, processes and organizational design to best meet stakeholder needs.  She manages the department's AdminOps team.  Maggie is a member of the department's Work/Life Working Group.
