Kaicheng Luo is a Pre-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Economics at Harvard University working under the supervision of Professor David Yang on political economy projects related to policy-learning, migration, censorship and industrial policies. Prior to joining Harvard, he worked as a part time research assistant in the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago. Kaicheng holds an LLB in philosophy, politics, and economics (PPE) from Peking University.
