Damari is a member of the department leadership team and is responsible for all operations in support of the department's research and teaching mission. With the support of our core managers, her areas of oversight include general administration, financial and sponsored operations, IT, human resources, academic and faculty services, fundraising and development support, facilities, and research compliance within the department. Damari works closely with faculty committees on space planning and diversity, equity, and inclusion matters. She serves as the department representative and liaises regularly on matters of university compliance with our Division of Social Sciences office, FAS finance and research administration, and the Office of General Council.
