The 2013 Calvó-Armengol International Prize in Economics has been awarded to Harvard Professor Raj Chetty by the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics in partnership with the Government of Andorra and the Credit Andorrà Foundation.

The Calvó-Armengol International Prize honors the memory of Professor Antoni Calvó-Armengol of the Barcelona GSE and ICREA-UAB who passed away unexpectedly in November 2007 at the age of 37.

Professor Chetty is the second award recipient from Harvard to be honored recently; Professor Roland Fryer was the recipient of the second Calvó-Armengol Prize in June 2012 in Barcelona.
